The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability. The Nevada DMV will ensure that qualified individuals shall not, solely on the basis of their disability, be excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or subjected to discrimination under any of its programs, services, or activities as provided by Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA).
Reporting ADA Discrimination
If you or someone you know believes themselves to be the victim of discrimination, please complete and submit a written complaint. Persons with or without a disability may file a complaint under the ADA.
Alternative means of filing complaints, such as personal interviews or tape recordings, are available for those unable to submit a written complaint form. Contact us if this applies to you.
