Many forms require signatures from a Notary Public or a DMV representative to be valid. These may be filled out in advance, but you must wait to sign and date them until you are actually at the Notary or DMV Office.

  Try our Online Duplicate Registration. There is a $5 fee for each certificate requested.   This form is for use only if the vehicle was last titled in Nevada.
